Friday Favorites is back, ya'll. If you're new around these parts, or, you know, have forgotten what this is about because it's been so darn long, this is where I post some of my favorite things from around the web in the last week or so. Without further ado, let's get started!

This tutorial for the perfect summer smoky eye. Need to recreate ASAP.

This super fab summer bucket list. In the past I've often done a summer Pinterest board...maybe I'll try a mini bucket list this year! Love how creative hers is, and how fun (and challenging) her list is.

A desktop wallpaper to remind you of the most important thing in life.

Recipe for daytime tea, recipe for evening tea. Both look super refreshing!

Alternate body + unretouched images = a super inspiring swim campaign. Even models have cellulite and stretch marks, ya'll. Own it.

New apartment = obsessing over home decor. Loving this print, this clock, this greeting (someone make it for me!), and this makeup organization system.

I live right down the street from a Trader Joe's now. Best and worst thing ever. So obviously I'm seeking out all of the guides and cheat sheets. Here are some good picks, and this post does a good job of breaking down the best deals there (and when to look elsewhere).

What are some of your favorites this week? Share in the comments below!

I can't believe how green Texas is this year!
A little over three months ago, I shared that my oldest sister has cancer. Three weeks from Tuesday, she'll have her last chemo treatment (if everything goes as is should) and be officially cancer free!

I had been thinking about moving back to Texas before the diagnosis, and finding out that my sister was sick sealed the deal. I found a roommate and an apartment, put in my notice, purged the bejesus out of my stuff, started packing, and moved back to Austin. It was difficult leaving behind some amazing people in Virginia, but I'm also really happy to be close to family and longtime friends again. It's been a crazy few months, and with everything going on with my life, I needed some private space to figure things out on my own. But now that I'm here and settling in, I'm ready to get back to blogging! I've had so many things I've wanted to share with you, and I can't wait to get started.

Keep checking in, lovelies. Exciting new content ahead!

Yours Truly, Jen

P.S. Can't wait for new content? Check out some summer-friendly posts from the archives: a discussion about bikini bodies, some entertaining reads, and some killer drugstore waterproof makeup finds.
